There is much more to Setsuna than a list of facts. This 2000 year old beauty appears to be 18 because she lives outside of time. She is the Guardian of the Time Gate. Her control of the gate and the flow of time make her the most powerful of the senshi. She is also the most mysterious senshi, since she does not want to interupt destiny. When she does shows up, you know the shite is about to hit the fan. In human form, as Setsuna Meiou, she has taken jobs as a scientist to keep an eye on energy distortions, and also as a school nurse in order to keep close to Chibi Usa and Hotaru, Sailor Saturn, as they were growing up. Her dream is, however, is to become a fashion designer, and her wardrobe seems to reflect that in the manga. (I think she designs for the other outers too :>)

Attacks and phrases

Pluto Planet Power Make-up!: This is the phrase she uses to turn into Sailor Pluto

Garnet Ball: This isn't really an attack, as it surrounds the senshi with a protective sphere.

Dead Scream: This is the only whispered attack. It creates a gale force sonic scream capible of mass distruction.

Stop, Time Stop!: This is the attack that has been forbidden by the Queen, as it stops the flow of time temporarily. It is supposed to cost Pluto her life, but somehow she always seems to reappear after using it :)

Dark Dome Close: This seals the portal of time permanently

Cronos Typhoo: This is another sonic death attack she uses in the manga

"I carry the protection of the outer planet of Hades, Pluto. I am Sailor Pluto." : Not really an attack, just another of those cool intros

Henshin Pen: This is similar to the others used by the outer senshi, except it has a a single orb with two little ones on each side. She uses it to transform into Sailor Pluto

Garnet Orb: This is her truely powerful weapon. She can use it to see into the future, to talk to Chibiusa through the Luna P ball, and for several attacks.

Time Staff: This is a key-shaped staff that is topped by the Garnet Orb. It is used to open the time gate.
